Solution: Check the setup.log file in the program files\unisoft\POS Manager folder. If there are any files that have the message “overwrite not allowed” next to them, then they were not copied onto the computer by the setup program. You need to make sure that all files have the message “OK”. This problem could be due to the lack of authority of the user logged in to Window’s or because another program was running and the file was in use when the setup program ran. In most cases the setup program will advise you to restart the computer if there were any files in use when you installed the program. These files will be copied and registered when the computer is restarted.
